How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and usually delivered within 5–8 business days depending on location.
Is the cooling gear safe for dogs?
Yes. All ArticPups™ products are made with pet-safe and non-toxic materials, designed for everyday use with your dog.
Can the Cooling Mat be used outdoors?
Absolutely. The Cooling Mat is designed for indoor and outdoor summer use. It can be used at home, on patios, in the car, in crates or in shaded outdoor areas.
Does the Splash Pad require electricity?
No. Simply connect the Splash Pad to a standard garden hose, adjust the water pressure and it is ready to use.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us and we will help you with an easy exchange or guide you toward the best size for your dog.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Italy and most international countries.
How do I clean the products?
All ArticPups™ products are easy to clean and designed for daily use. The Cooling Mat and Splash Pad can be wiped clean after use, while fabric products should be cleaned gently and air dried.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for better comfort.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes tracking information once it has been processed and shipped.
