As soon as your package is dispatched, our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your personal Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package's journey in real-time directly on our website or via the carrier's official portal.
4. 🏠 WRONG ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and updated shipping address at checkout (including apartment number, unit, suite, or gate codes if applicable). Arctic Pups™ is not responsible for non-delivery, lost packages, or delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the buyer, or recipient absence after multiple delivery attempts by the local courier.
5. 🛡️ DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES GUARANTEE
Every single shipment is fully insured. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or the box is compromised, please take clear photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@articpups.com. We will handle the issue with the carrier and arrange a brand-new replacement immediately, 100% free of charge.
