Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your pup starts splashing.
How does the Splash Pad work?
Simply connect it to a standard garden hose and adjust the water pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher the water sprays.
What is the difference between the 0.22mm and 0.55mm versions?
The Standard 0.22mm Printed Pattern version is lightweight, fun, and perfect for everyday summer play. The Premium 0.55mm Plain Blue version is thicker and designed for extra durability and longer-lasting use.
Which version should I choose?
Choose the Standard 0.22mm version if you want a fun, lightweight splash pad for regular backyard play. Choose the Premium 0.55mm version if your dog is very active or if you prefer a stronger, more durable option.
Is it safe for dogs?
Yes. It is made from pet-friendly, non-toxic PVC materials designed for supervised outdoor play.
What size dogs can use it?
The Splash Pad is suitable for small, medium, and large dogs. Choose the size that best fits your pup and your outdoor space.
Is it durable enough for active dogs?
Yes. Both versions are designed for summer splashing and outdoor paw play. For extra durability and longer-lasting use, we recommend the Premium 0.55mm Plain Blue version.
Can I adjust the water spray height?
Yes. You can control the spray height by adjusting the water pressure from your garden hose.
How do I store it after use?
Drain the water, let it dry completely, then fold it flat for easy storage.
What if my dog doesn’t like water?
Many dogs first use it as a cool place to relax. Start slowly and let your pup explore it at their own pace.
